Our South African dive adventure kicks off in the heart of shark action – Aliwal Shoal! Gear up for adrenaline-pumping dives alongside these magnificent creatures. After three thrilling nights in a comfortable hotel, we'll head to Sodwana Bay for another 3 nights, a paradise for divers of all preferences. Choose your perfect accommodation at Sodwana – from budget-friendly tents to luxurious air-conditioned rooms with en-suite bathrooms – and prepare to be dazzled by the underwater world!

Ensuite Cabins

These lovely rooms are air-conditioned with an ensuite bathroom. There are tea & coffee making facilities & a mini fridge for your convenience. Bedding and bath towels are provided.

Cabins are set in a beautiful garden with picnic tables and plenty of shade. Choose from a double, twin or triple ensuite, depending on availability

Standard Cabins

Our Standard Cabins sleep 2 and feature a plug point as well as a fan, in the bedroom. Bedding and bath towels are provided.

Our Standard Cabins feature twin beds and we do have a few double bed cabins, depending on availability. The bathroom is private and placed adjacent to the cabin with a side entrance.

Safari Tents

Our Safari Tents with two single beds in each tent, are the budget accommodation option. They are set in rows under a roof to provide shelter from the elements.

When it’s simply all about the diving and you just need somewhere to sleep… our Safari Tents are basic, but super affordable. Bring your own bedding, or simply request bedding from our reception if you don’t have any. There are no plug points, so cell phones and cameras may be handed in to our reception for charging. The KZN Wildlife shared bathroom facility is next to the safari tent area and provides hot showers & toilets separately for ladies and gents.

3 nights accomodation at Blue Ocean Dive resort in a hotel including breakfast
3 nights accomodation at Coral Divers in Aliwal Shoal (in the chosen accomodation)
3 dives and one baited shark dive in Aliwal shoal and 5 dives in Sodwana. to the 2 mile reef including tanks and weights. (other dive reefs can be arranged during the trip for a additional charge at the resort,

When, where, how

We will meet at Umkumaas on 11 August. Closest airport is Durban.

There is a option for the resort to arrange airport shuttle service at a cost of 2500 zar (500sar)

We will sit together and arrange the trip from aliwal shoal to Sodwana and back. depending on how many people we are we can see the best options. (will be additional costs.)
